About Jocelyn
Coach Jocelyn believes that fitness is more than a workout—it’s a lifestyle transformation. After years of living an unhealthy lifestyle, she found her turning point after the birth of her second child. Determined to live better for her family, she and her teenage daughter joined a bootcamp class, sparking a passion for fitness that became her life’s mission.
For over 8 years, Jocelyn has been helping clients of all fitness levels design simple, realistic, and sustainable paths to better health. She knows firsthand the struggles of breaking old habits, which is why her approach focuses on building confidence, balance, and strength both inside and out.
