My name is Kayla Saunders and fitness isn’t just something I do — it’s something I’ve built my life around.

I began my training journey several years ago with a passion for helping people become stronger, more confident, and more disciplined. What started as a love for fitness quickly turned into a career dedicated to transforming lives.

My first full-time training job at Planet Fitness gave me the foundation to understand what real coaching means — accountability, structure, and results. That early experience shaped my approach and helped me develop the systems I now use with every client.

As my client base grew and results spoke for themselves, I decided to step fully into my purpose. I became a full-time trainer and launched Kaash Fitness, turning a vision into a brand focused on real transformations and sustainable results.

Since then, I’ve trained over 100 clients in person, helping individuals of all backgrounds hit their goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, strength building, or complete lifestyle change.

Beyond in-person training, I’ve worked with clients online from across the country, including Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. No matter the location, my coaching stays structured, intentional, and results-driven.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped produce numerous body transformations — not just physical changes, but confidence shifts, mindset upgrades, and discipline that carries into everyday life.

Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to appointment start time. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of appointment start time will result in full amount of service being charged.
