When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was overweight and just eating whatever. I became a type two diabetic that's when I decided to do something about it.

I had multiple ups and downs. It took me a few years to make a decision to live a healthier and fit life. For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It's about stretching, warming up, eating healthy, and getting necessary rest and sleep.

That's why I decided to study fitness because I fell in love with it. I became a fitness trainer about 2 years ago. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. So on that I'm very passionate about helping others find happiness and the life of fitness. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD you excel in life.
