About Megan
For Megan Weinhold, fitness has always been more than a hobby—it’s a lifelong passion. Growing up, she played sports year-round, but it was field hockey that captured her heart. She competed at the highest levels, captained Dulaney High School’s team, and later founded the field hockey club at North Carolina State University. Her early exposure to strength and conditioning showed her the empowering side of training: building strength, discipline, and confidence through hard work.
Megan’s path hasn’t been without challenges. Having personally faced struggles with disordered eating, she uses her experience to guide clients toward healthier relationships with food, fitness, and their bodies. Today, her coaching philosophy is built on empowerment, sustainability, and balance. Whether working with beginners or seasoned athletes, she focuses on creating programs that fit each client’s lifestyle, goals, and limitations—making long-term success achievable.
