Over five years ago, Dallas began his transformation at 315 pounds, unsure of where to begin but fully committed to changing his life. What he lacked in knowledge, he made up for with consistency. Day after day, he showed up , learning, failing, adjusting, and refusing to quit. That commitment led to a transformation of over 100 pounds lost, but more importantly, a complete mental and lifestyle shift.

Fitness became more than weight loss ,  it became discipline, confidence, structure, and self-respect.

Now weighing under 200 pounds and even competed in his first bodybuilding show, Dallas understands both sides of the journey:

✔ feeling uncomfortable in your body

✔ learning nutrition the right way

✔ building strength from the ground up

✔ staying consistent when motivation fades

His training style focuses on sustainable fat loss, strength building, and mindset development, especially for people who feel like they’re “starting behind.” Dallas believes real transformation isn’t about extremes , it’s about learning how to show up for yourself even on the hard days.

As a coach, he leads with experience, not theory. He’s been the beginner. He’s been the one out of breath. He’s been the one doubting himself. And he’s proof that consistency beats everything.
