Hi, I’m Tina—a boxing and personal trainer who truly believes fitness can change your life, not just your body.

I originally started my fitness journey for weight loss, but along the way it became something much bigger. Training turned into a lifestyle, a way to manage stress, support my mental health, and build confidence in myself. That journey led me to step completely outside my comfort zone and compete in my first amateur boxing fight this past October—and I’m planning to compete again this summer.

Boxing is a powerful total-body workout that challenges your strength, endurance, coordination, and mindset all at once. I use it not only to help people get stronger physically, but to help them release stress, feel empowered, and walk out of the gym more confident than when they walked in.

Along with group classes, I offer personal training for both boxing and strength training. My coaching style focuses on proper form, smart progressions, and meeting you where you are—while still pushing you to grow. I’ve turned my love of fitness into a passion for helping others take on their biggest goals and crush them.

At Do Work Factory, my goal is simple: help you build strength, confidence, and consistency—inside and outside the gym.
