About Shannon
Shannon’s path to fitness wasn’t straightforward, but it’s what makes her coaching so impactful. While she grew up active in sports, her focus shifted toward music, and health took a backseat. By early high school, she struggled with confidence and her mental health as her weight increased. Determined to change her life, Shannon committed to nutrition and training, losing over 50 pounds in just 8 months.
She went on to study Musical Theatre at Viterbo University before realizing her true passion was helping others transform their lives through fitness. After earning her personal training certification, she never looked back.
Today, Shannon works with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Because she has been in their shoes, she knows how intimidating starting a fitness journey can feel. Shannon leads with empathy, encouragement, and accountability, creating a supportive environment where every client feels respected and capable. Her blend of compassion and “tough love” helps clients discover their strength, build confidence, and achieve results they never thought possible.
