My Do Work Factory 8 Week Challenge is designed as a way of developing sustainable, healthy habits to help you take control of your fitness journey. Although there is no set number of workouts that you need to do each week, for optimal results I recommend exercising once a day. My challenge gives you the choice of a home and gym workout to complete everyday to better fit your workout into your schedule, or complete both to increase your results.
