 My name is Jerome Brown, I am the owner and founder of Almightyy Fitness. Since childhood I have immersed myself in various athletic pursuits, which created my foundation into the fitness world. Inspired by my love for working out and the transformative impact it has had on my life, I decided to channel my energy into helping others reach their fitness goals. I have been certified through I.S.S.A. (International Sports Sciences Association) since 2021 and since then have been improving my craft, to help strengthen those around me. With a deep understanding, along with a wealth of experience through sports and positive lifestyle changes, I am not only a trainer, but also a motivator, inspiring individuals to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
